- Every year Daryl Worley has his fan club party at CMA Fest
- We wanted to build a more interactive, online driven Fan Club Party giving Daryl’s biggest fans a better experience
- We built emails to let fans know about the fan club party in advance
- We setup an e-commerce store allowing tickets to the fan club party be purchased at various levels
- We followed up fans to attended with photos from the event
Goals
- create awareness of the party in advance to get fans ready to buy tickets
- create an easy to follow experience for fans to attend
- give fans something extra for attending
- Make each fan feel special with their time with Daryl at the party
- Follow up fans afterwards with an email and links to photos from the party
Results
- The fan club party was a success and all fans enjoyed the experience
- all tickets to the fan club party were purchased online where in the past, management office had to deal with ticket sales over the phone
- the event was sold out
